“Great staff mattresses are so good we had to ask what they were and get it. Staff at breakfast was wonderful”

“We arrived close to 10 pm to be told the hotel did not have a room for us although we had a reservation for two nights. Here we were with 3 children. This also affected our opportunity for the free breakfast the following morning as we were mobilized to another hotel. The hotel paid for transportation to the other hotel, but it didnt pay for transportation back to the hotel the following day. We were n ou t happy about this.”
