“Para todos bbb”
— Ernesto Henriquez
“We visited the hotel last January. Staff at the lobby and the Panamai restaurant were very helpful. But other than that, staff at the bars and restaurants were very unfriendly and rude, they didn’t like to be asked questions or requested any favor. When we got in the room, there was hair in the sink and towels had been used, so no cleaning had been done prior to our arrival. For the price, it’s worth considering the implementation of serious improvements and changes. Rooms are comfortable but furniture requires update.”
