“We stayed at JW Marriott for 5 nights and 4
days. We shopped in their gift shop. Ate in their restaurants and enjoyed their amenities.
The staff was always so happy, friendly, and service oriented. Our hotel room was in excellent condition and beautiful!!!
When we ate dinner it was always great food and accompanied by candles and entertainment. The maids did a great job cleaning our room early every day and came for a turn down service. The gift shop was open late and had really good ice cream/ sherbet.
The staff out doors was so amazing! We loved our stay with JW Marriott so much and have no desire to stay anywhere else. You can tell the employees love their jobs and are so happy to be working and serving there. One employee told us he works in paradise.

“As an Ambassador, this hotel has the best service around. We have stayed 4 times here in different years and each time the service is impeccable. Each staff member around the hotel takes great pride in what they do, great attitudes and it shows. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable and easy access to the hotel amenities and the Marriott Cancun next door. Absolutely my favorite hotel on the strip. I will definitely be back again.
