The luxury Yellow Stone resort, Amangani, is perched on the edge of East Gros Ventre Butte in Jackson Hole, a high mountain valley in northwest Wyoming. Rates are inclusive of service fee. Stay date changes inside of the cancellation policy are considered a cancellation and a re-booking, and as such, are subject to cancellation damages. Early departures will be charged the full amount of original reservation. Set atop East Gros Ventre Butte, Amangani is a short drive from Jackson Hole Airport (JAC).

“Fomos tratados extremamente mal pela anfitriã do restaurante em nossa visita a Amangani.Nós não estávamos hospedados lá, mas o site do restaurante afirma claramente que os não-hóspedes são bem-vindos para jantar lá, sujeito à disponibilidade. A anfitriã foi rude desde o momento em que me aproximei dela e perguntei se poderíamos jantar lá naquele dia ou nos próximos dias. Ela me disse categoricamente que eles não permitem que não-hóspedes jantem lá. Eu ainda perguntei se ela poderia verificar com seu gerente, já que me disseram de forma diferente. Ela relutantemente ligou para seu gerente, falou com ela por menos de 15 segundos, desligou e disse que não podiam fazer nada por nós. Perguntei novamente se eles poderiam ter ALGUMA disponibilidade na próxima semana e, nesse ponto, ela se recusou a ligar para seu gerente ou verificar o sistema, mas apenas nos disse novamente, rudemente, que os não convidados não poderiam jantar lá, apesar de seus própria política.Eu estava tão chateada, mas fui embora, então mais tarde decidi mandar um e-mail para o restaurante para ver se era verdade que todos os jantares estavam reservados para o resto da semana, ou se era apenas a anfitriã se recusando a nos ajudar. Alguém no restaurante me mandou um e-mail de volta em 30 minutos dizendo que eu poderia almoçar com eles amanhã ou no dia seguinte.É assim que alguém em um restaurante de hotel de luxo deve tratar as pessoas? Os não-hóspedes devem ser tratados com menos de? Foi extremamente decepcionante e espero que a Amangani faça um trabalho melhor ao comunicar suas políticas aos funcionários do restaurante.”

“My girlfriend took me here to celebrate my birthday. We loved our stay at here; The check in experience was unlike any other hotel we’ve been to. There was no lines or anything, it felt very personal. The hotel sits at a gorgeous location facing the grand Tetons and the views from all around are amazing. This is the only place in USA were we have seen a proper infinity pool with breathtaking views from it of the mountains. There also was a open hot water pool which makes it a great place to take in the views at night. They even serve you food and alcohol in the pool if you want, so we enjoyed some drinks in the pool facing the sunset. The restaurant had a big variety of food available and everything else was also available on request, we could get food served anywhere on the property. My girlfriend also arranged for a private dinner for us which they setup outside on a lovely evening. We also enjoyed couples massages and both therapists were amazing, very prompt and professional. Service was just amazing. The day we wanted to go to Yellowstone, they cleaned our car, put water bottles inside and had it parked outside the hotel gate for us in the morning, we wanted to eat Indian food so they had someone from the hotel go to Jackson to pickup Indian food for us. I have never seen service like this before. Such a unique experience, totally worth the money if you want to pamper yourself or a loved one.”
