“We had a wonderful stay the past 5 days. Fernanda our butler was amazing... she assisted with everything we asked and needed. Very quick to respond. The service was amazing, clean rooms and loved all the places to eat! We will definitely be back! Great customer service! Great memories made!”

“Been here 5 times and this one was not up to par. First, I got charged $1,900 prior to our stay which I thought was a deposit, then the full $2700 at check in. They said I am getting refunded but it will take 21 days? Our A/C in the room was out 1.5 days and we had a slow water leak from our ceiling onto the bed. One of the main restaurants was closed 2 days. A tropical storm hit mid stay and that's not the resorts fault, but water was leaking all throughout the interior of the resort. Will give it another shot because the staff is great, but expect better for almost $500/night.”
