“This was the second time my wife and I have stayed at the Zilara and it was fantastic. The staff is exceptionally nice and go out of their way to ensure you enjoy your stay. We paid extra for the romantic dinner on the beach, which was worth the money. We were served the biggest lobsters I have ever had in my life. The other restaurants all had great food and service and best of all: you don't need reservations! I would highly recommend Hyatt Zilara to any adults traveling to the Cancun area.”

“This was our second time here and the food, drinks, and service were EXCELLENT just like the first time. The room was very clean and housekeeping did a great job of cleaning at least twice a day! The beach is beautiful and clean. Every staff member is very nice and accommodating. There was also something going on for entertainment. I really enjoyed the Halloween party they had when we go here. The only complaint I have is that I noticed since the last time we were here 3 years ago, the pool needs renovated and do do some other parts og the resort. You can see the tile needs fixed due to a lot of chipping and so does the paint. Overall I love this place and plan to come back again!”
