“We had an excellent time at Occidental Tucancún! Our room was excellent, food was great, and amenities were wonderful. Would stay again. Also, Dalida Perez was the waiter we kept trying to find in the dining halls because she was incredible. She was running around serving many tables and still found time to come chat with us and make us feel comfortable. Seriously, such a wonderful human and hard working lady. She also cheered up my husband when he was having a hard time the first couple of days. We will be back!! -Joanne and Quinn ”
